on June 11 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 300(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
         relating to loan participations and development                                                                        
         finance projects of the Alaska Industrial                                                                              
         Development and Export Authority, to the powers of                                                                     
         the authority, and to loans from the rural
